MovilCoop is a service that provides Cooperativa members with easy and secure access to their accounts via mobile devices. To start using this service, users simply need to download the app and log in with their Home Banking credentials. If you are not enrolled in Home Banking, registration is required before utilizing MovilCoop.

The functionalities available through this service include:

• Access to account balances and detailed information for all accounts
• Access to account balances and detailed information for all loans
• View balances and details of all certificates
• Historical information for all accounts and loans
• Information on credit card balances and details
• Details of debit cards
• Transfers between your own accounts
• Transfers to pre-configured external accounts
• Loan payments
• Bill payments for merchants
• Credit card payments
• Historical information on merchant bill payments
• Information on stopped payment checks
• Details of the cooperative's branches and ATMs
• Assistance in directing users to the most convenient branch

Similar to the Home Banking service, all information, balances, and transactions conducted through MovilCoop are updated in real time. For added security, transactions occur in a secure environment (SSL) with 128-bit encryption support, ensuring that data is encrypted before being transmitted.
